NEW PATIENTS
- Allow approximately 1 hour
- Free Consult
- Health Questionnaire (can be mailed out in advance)
- X-ray (Only if needed)
- Discuss X-ray (if applicable)
- Receive initial treatment
- Discuss plan of care including anticipated number of visits.
- Schedule follow-up visit (as indicated)
FOLLOW-UP VISITS
- Allow 15 minutes
- You will be taught and receive a home-exercise program (when appropriate) to speed recovery and prevent reinjury.
- Most patients need six visits or less.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER CARE?
Dr. Young participates "In-Network" with a variety of insurance companies which include: Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, United HealthCare and many others.
If you're not sure whether your insurance covers services the friendly staff at Dr. Young's office will be happy to contact your insurance carrier to obtain benefit information related to coverage and limitations.
